A Marketing Manager is responsible for tracking and analyzing advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, ensuring brand consistency, and transforming creative ideas into effective projects, with a strong proficiency in web analytics tools.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in real estate marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a marketing team.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, customer behavior, and industry-specific marketing strategies.
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media..
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales.
- Proficiency in budget management and ability to optimize spending for maximum ROI.
- Experience in branding and brand management, ensuring all marketing materials align with the company’s brand identity.
