Foreground is partnering with a leading organization in the education and vocational training sector to recruit a results-driven Marketing Manager for their Dammam office. This role focuses on implementing marketing strategies and collaborating with sales teams to drive growth in Dammam and the Eastern Province.
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing plans specific to the Dammam market, ensuring alignment with the companys overall objectives.
- Manage day-to-day marketing tasks, including social media, event coordination, and content creation, to generate quality leads.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders in the Eastern Province.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support lead conversion and ensure effective deal closures.
- Conduct market research specific to Dammam, identifying customer needs and competitive activities to refine marketing efforts.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the organization at key events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities in Dammam to enhance brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the education or services sector within the Eastern Province.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with knowledge of Dammams business environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to achieve shared objectives.
