The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote products and services, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to create effective marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities
Key Accountabilities- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and sales support tools.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media profiles, and email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives within budget and timeline constraints.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing management, with a minimum of 3 years in the Same role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media management tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
