Report to the local General Manager.
According to the strategic requirements of the Group,
be responsible for formulating and implementing the market strategy in the
Middle East market to increase brand awareness and market share.
Consolidate the various resources of the Group
Coordinate with local partners, establish and maintain
stable relationships and ensure smooth business cooperation.
Monitor market dynamics, regularly report on business
performance and market trends, and provide data support for head office
decision making.
Work with the Group to proactively manage various
sudden market situations and ensure that the Company's interests are not
compromised through flexible response.
Formulate and implement marketing goals and
strategies, monitor business progress, effectively manage customer relations
and resolve customer problems and feedback in a timely manner.
Regularly
analyse marketing data in the Middle East market, extract key insights and
provide strong data support for the company's business decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
Priority will be given to those with work experience in Chinese Construction.
Fluent in English and Arabic and have an in-depth
understanding of the local market, business environment and culture.
Possess excellent team leadership and cross-cultural
communication skills and be able to build and maintain partner relationships in
a diverse market environment.
Good at formulating and implementing effective market
strategies to drive the company's business growth in the Middle East region.
