Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager is a pivotal strategic leader responsible for both developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for the agency's clients and establishing the agency’s internal marketing department. This role involves overseeing all aspects of client marketing initiatives, managing and building a team of marketers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving client success, optimizing marketing performance, and contributing to the agency’s growth by staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with both client objectives and agency goals, driving brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
• Build and lead the agency’s marketing department, including recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-quality marketing services.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels for clients, ensuring they are aligned with their brand positioning and business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for clients and the agency, driving innovation and strategic thinking.
• Work closely with internal teams such as creative, to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance, through data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI for both clients and the agency.
