Job Description
Job Overview:
As the Marketing Manager at First Gulf Company (FGC), you will be responsible for managing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing various marketing activities to showcase FGC’s offerings in broadcasting, construction, facility management, media, AV solutions, and other key industries.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement campaigns, manage events, and ensure the alignment of marketing initiatives with FGC’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Implementation:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with FGC’s objectives.
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Brand Management:
- Maintain and strengthen FGC’s brand identity across all marketing channels and materials.
- Oversee the creation of content, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets, to promote FGC’s diverse services and subsidiaries.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and manage events, trade shows, and exhibitions to highlight FGC’s expertise in broadcasting, media, and AV solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for event logistics, branding, and promotional activities.
Digital Marketing and Content Management:
- Manage FGC’s online presence, including website updates, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Work with the team to develop engaging content tailored to target audiences, such as blog posts, videos, and case studies.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business needs.
- Coordinate with subsidiaries and external agencies to ensure a unified approach to marketing initiatives.
Budget and Performance Management:
- Assist in managing the marketing budget and track expenditures.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on KPIs to measure ROI.
Local and Regional Adaptation:
- Tailor marketing strategies to fit Saudi Arabia’s cultural, regulatory, and economic environment.
- Build relationships with local media, influencers, and stakeholders to amplify FGC’s presence in the region.
Skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and brand development.
- Experience in the Gulf region, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred.
- Experience in relevant industries highly preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and use it to inform marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
