Rewaa is looking for a Creative Lead responsible for shaping the creative direction, overseeing the creative team, and ensuring that design and content projects align with the company's branding and marketing objectives. This position requires artistic vision, strategic thinking, team leadership skills, and the ability to drive creative excellence.
Requirements and Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
+ +5 years of graphic design experience, including +1 year experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a B2B environment.
+ Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, etc.
+ A strong portfolio of diverse design projects.
+ Proficiency with design software is a must (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects,).
+ Knowledge of other design tools and techniques is a plus such as ( 3D, VFX, CGI , AI design techniques, etc.)
+ Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
+ Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and articulate creative concepts.
+ Creative mindset and storytelling skills.
+ Understanding of data-driven creative design.
