ROLE OVERVIEW
Reporting into the CX Marketing Manager, the Marketing Lead will play a key role in supporting daily marketing operations across various business units, including Manufacturing & Investment, Development, and the Port of NEOM. This role is focused on implementing marketing tasks and supporting day-to-day activities. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with experience in marketing operations.
ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES
Task Execution
- Assist with campaign rollouts, content updates, and vendor and supplier logistics.
Project Support
- Organize and track marketing projects, ensuring tasks stay on schedule and updating the Marketing Manager on progress.
Traffic Control
- Act as a point of contact for incoming marketing requests, coordinating with relevant business units and ensuring requests are routed correctly and efficiently.
Content and Asset Coordination
- Responsible for coordinating marketing assets and maintaining a comprehensive asset library. This includes managing digital content, tracking updates to marketing collateral, and documenting the usage of all assets.
- Ensure that promotional materials meet brand standards and are up to date, with a clear log of asset versions and their applications across various marketing channels.
Community Management Support
- Provide support in managing and monitoring online communities across various social media platforms.
- Assist in responding to inquiries, comments, and messages, ensuring consistent and on-brand engagement.
- Help track community feedback to improve engagement strategies and report on social media performance.
Operational Tasks
- Support the CX & Digital team in maintaining efficient workflows and processes, adhering to project timelines as directed.
Data and Reporting
- Gather and organize data related to marketing campaigns and activities, assisting in creating reports to track project outcomes and campaign metrics.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with BU stakeholders through regular communication and meetings.
- Manage the dissemination of information, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role, ideally with exposure to project coordination and task management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello), is desirable.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong team player and open to collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is desirable.
