Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.


The Marketing General Manager will be develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to raise awareness of the company's activities and products, enhance brand presence, and efficiently organize promotional events to drive sales growth.


Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure effective and efficient management of all marketing activities, with regular reviews and adjustments.
  • Develop and evaluate marketing and pricing strategies based on company objectives, market characteristics, and costs.
  • Assess marketing needs and propose necessary capital investments and processes to scale services.
  • Allocate company goals by geographic regions and customer lists.
  • Plan, manage, and control expenditures to maximize return on investment.
  • Analyze marketing trends and activities to market the company's services effectively.
  • Participate in planning the integrated marketing communications budget, including media relations, advertising, public relations, sales promotions, direct marketing, and online activities.
  • Evaluate financial aspects of service development, including budgets, expenditures, R&D appropriations, and ROI projections.
  • Formulate and coordinate marketing unit activities, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Document department procedures for handling requests, complaints, returns, and inquiries.
  • Manage and direct the activities of program developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure adherence to objectives and strategies.
  • Work with the sales department to develop pricing strategies that maximize profits and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction and attracting potential clients.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:


  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including 5 years in a senior marketing role.
  • Proven experience in motivating and leading a team.
  • Experience in corporate governance.
  • Previous experience with IPO-listed companies in Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrated success in managing marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including social media and content marketing.
  • Proficient in analyzing customer behavior and utilizing customer insights and market research to enhance customer satisfaction.
