Our valued client is the largest home improvement retailer in Saudi Arabia, with over 1.5 million square feet of retail space, 45,000 items, and a portfolio of renowned brands.
As a Marketing Director, you will lead the marketing department and be responsible for creating and executing the strategic direction of the company's marketing efforts. You will oversee the development of marketing campaigns, drive brand awareness, and support the company’s growth objectives by aligning marketing strategies with business goals. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and an in-depth understanding of market trends, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
Key Accountabilities- Create comprehensive, long-term marketing plans that align with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, and manage the brand identity to maintain a strong and positive image in the market.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns (both traditional and digital) across various platforms, ensuring they drive results and meet KPIs.
- Conduct research to understand consumer trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes, and use insights to inform strategy.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and ensuring high performance across the department.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Work closely with other teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and to leverage marketing insights for business growth.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and social media platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English (additional language skills may be required depending on the location).
