Job Description
The Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy for Salla.
This role requires a proactive and dynamic leader with a deep understanding of branding and digital channels, who can lead teams in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing campaigns. You will develop strategic plans that leverage data-driven insights, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering a strong brand presence online.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the continuous development and positioning of the company's brand.
- Lead a team of highly motivated marketing managers overseeing different functions including brand, PR, events, influencer marketing, digital marketing, content, etc.
- Plan the company's annual marketing budget and oversee its execution.
- Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email, social media, content marketing, and more.
- Use analytics and performance metrics to analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure ROI is maximized across all channels.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to enhance digital strategies.
- Establish strong relationships with external partners and agency resources to enhance digital capabilities.
