Responsibilities
- Generate Sales Qualified leads with inbound campaigns
- Maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications (LinkedIn, email, telephone) designed to increase customer interest in ZIWO’s products
- Finding opportunities to generate new business and fuel our growth
- Attend to incoming inquiries in a timely manner.
- Qualify the business requirements of incoming inquiries.
- Transparently explain our solution and services to our potential clients.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or higher
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience (Inside Sales, Call Center, Lead generation)
- Bilingual (English / Arabic)
- You can communicate in a clear, goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation
- You can take the lead in a conversation, but you also know when it’s time to listen
- Experience being held to metrics/KPIs
- High energy and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
