As part of the Enterprise Sales Organization, the Alliances and Partnerships team main aim is to drive profitable revenue growth, through nurturing existing and developing new long-term strategic Partnerships. These Partnerships allow us to expand our market reach, complement our solutions portfolio, as well as our service capabilities across various Industries.
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Partner Manager to join our team in Riyadh KSA. This individual will play a critical role in managing and expanding our strategic partnerships, focusing on nurturing and growing opportunities mainly (but not exclusively) in the Middle East Marketing Automation Segment. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in Enterprise and Partner Sales Management, with an exhaustive understanding of Marketing Technologies (in particular Marketing Automation) and related B2B Business, as well as Conversational AI technologies. The candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through partnerships in the regional market.
Help us shape the future of communication by:
Executing the partnership strategy to develop and drive business growth, meeting sales targets and KPIs.
Identifying and onboarding new partners, managing and nurturing existing ones in the Marketing Automation Segment.
Initiating and conducting adequate Partner Sales activities along the Sales Cycle.
Managing overall pipeline, funnel, forecast and achievement in own territory.
Driving and collaborating with various internal support teams through the sales cycle towards closure.
Collaborating with Direct Sales Account Managers (when applicable) to align and strategize on the best approach to meet End Customer Accounts’ requirements, optimal Company revenue, and ensure both Partners and Customers long-term relationships.
Updating and maintaining CRM accounts and opportunities’ details, plans, activities, and status metrics at all times.
Staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform partnership strategies.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in enterprise partner sales and business development.
A strong understanding of Marketing Automation, Conversational AI space, Omnichannel, Customer Engagement, as well as the broader Marketing Technologies ecosystem and Marketing practices.
A strong network and relationships within the KSA and Middle East market related ecosystem is a plus.
Enterprise Sales and Tendering Business expertise is a must.
Ability to independently take initiatives to define and execute Partners business development plans.
Exceptional relationship, negotiation, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage at the senior management level.
Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage priorities.
Fluency in English and Arabic are required.
Ability to travel (moderate frequency).
