Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Achieve Sales Targets: • Meet monthly and annual sales targets set by management. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to close deals. 2. Customer Relationship Management: • Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients. • Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction. • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and continuity. 3. Identify Prospective Customers: • Research and identify new market opportunities and potential clients. • Conduct field visits, phone calls, and email outreach to connect with prospects. 4. Negotiation and Deal Closing: • Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure deals. • Prepare presentations and quotations based on client requirements. 5. Market Data Collection and Analysis: • Monitor market trends and competitor activities. • Provide regular performance and opportunity reports to management. 6. Internal Collaboration: • Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure excellent client experiences. • Share feedback and suggestions for product or service improvements based on customer insights.Requirements and Qualifications: 1. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 2.
