Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will establish, develop, and maintain key business partnerships across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving channel growth, identifying new business opportunities, and creating strategic alliances with distributors, retailers, and other relevant industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
- **Channel Development:** Build and manage business channels, including distributors, resellers, and e-commerce platforms, to drive sales and product penetration in Saudi Arabia.
- **Partnerships:** Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential business partners, such as gaming event organizers, influencers, and retail chains.
- **Market Analysis:** Conduct thorough research on the Saudi Arabian e-sports market, identifying trends, customer preferences, and key players to tailor business strategies accordingly.
- **Relationship Management:** Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with business partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual growth.
- **Sales Strategy:** Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, and product development) to align business development strategies with overall company goals.

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in consumer electronics, esports, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of establishing successful business channels and partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, particularly in the consumer electronics or e-sports industries.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently within Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
