Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the heavy equipment rental market, with a particular focus on the oil & gas sector. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, including key players and industry dynamics, and will be responsible for driving growth by expanding our client base and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Strategy Development:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities in the oil & gas sector and other related industries.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s client base.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market demands to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, especially within the oil & gas sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients in targeted industries.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Sales & Marketing Initiatives:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively promote the company’s services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling value propositions and sales presentations.
- Manage digital marketing efforts
- Business Development:
- Identify and explore potential partnerships and alliances to support business growth.
- Drive the company’s entry into new markets, focusing on sectors such as oil & gas, construction, and industrial services.
- Lead initiatives to improve customer retention and increase market share.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and performance metrics.
