Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing & advertising strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience
- Elevate the company's brand presence in the real estate market through various marketing initiatives
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging and brand visibility
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and online advertising
- Create and manage lead generation campaigns focused on converting leads into sales
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities
- Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, and property exhibitions
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring goals are met and performance aligns with company expectations
