Your Tasks
Ensure product stock availability in branches are optimum for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers Place orders with intercompany to replenish stocks avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus Creating PO, inbound deliveries and related documents for intercompany ordering and replenishment through ERP system (SAP) Monitor, evaluate and build plan for excess stocks, blocked stocks and short shelf life stocks Create MD in distributor system and SAP system along with leading assortment management for BDF Liaise for new products and ensure on time ordering from distributor system Upload forecast in distributor system Create replenishment in distributor system based on optimum inventory requirement
Your Profile
Education Bachelor from an accredited university with a focus on Management, Logistics or Supply Chain
Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a planning (demand/supply) customer service, in FMCG company
Skills
Language
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English are mandatory.
PC/IT:
High proficiency in MS Office applications with emphasis on advanced excel. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
