Job Description

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Head of Market Access to be based in Riyadh.Key aspects of the role include:Designing and implementing innovative solutions and services in market access based on changes in healthcare trends, setting strategies and action plans.Provide appropriate strategies and tools to monitor and address policy developments and other policy changes that may affect Pricing and Access.Partnering with key market stakeholders and centers to understand and elicit the Market Access requirements; mapping key stakeholders and thought leaders.Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities to support strategic and operational commercial & access objectives.

Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Economics, or Business Administration. Master’s degree in health economics and Pharma economics is a plus.Minimum 7-10 years of Market Access experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company. Oncology experience preferred.Strong understanding of the regulatory, access, commercial, and procurement in the KSA Market.Excellent people management experience and managed successful teams in previous leadership roles.Experience in key account management, enlisting, tendering, and contracting.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
