Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Manpower Planner for one of the largest construction companies in Saudi Arabia.


The Manpower Planner will be responsible for comparing the company’s manpower practices, processes, and performance metrics against industry standards or best practices.


Key Accountabilities
  • Analyze workforce data to forecast staffing needs and identify gaps in personnel.
  • Collaborate with project teams to optimize resource allocation and ensure project requirements are met efficiently.
  • Align the company's human capital with its business objectives to drive productivity and success.
  • Develop and maintain manpower planning models to project future staffing requirements based on project pipelines.
  • Implement workforce optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve resource utilization.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on manpower planning and staffing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies in all manpower planning activities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in top-down and bottom-up analysis.
  • Strong understanding of benchmarking practices.
  • Familiarity with mobilization and utilization is preferred.
