About The Role
What You’ll Do
You will work with organizations and individuals to structure transactions and operations in a tax-effective manner, helping them mitigate tax risk and comply effectively with tax laws. By integrating deep technical and industry knowledge with established methodologies, you will work with a wide range of businesses and corporations to help them develop and implement effective, practical and sustainable tax strategies.
Our Managing Directors ("MDs") are client-facing and work-generating consultants who typically lead smaller projects and are the delivery lead on large projects. They are a key part of the management of a very successful growing practice that works across EMEA.
The role includes business development, leading pitches and generating own work from an established network of contacts in the Middle East as well as delivering high quality client work.

What You Will Need to Succeed
Strong project management skills such as client management, project budgeting and finance management, coaching and resource management on a portfolio of clients.
Ability to own and lead projects, work in the business tax field and influence the leadership team to further develop business opportunities.
Proven experience as a consultant advising corporates and PE clients on topics including in tax reporting, compliance, planning, strategy and controvers
Ability to interface and collaborate with team members and client personnel in demanding, deadline-driven situations
Can deal effectively at board level
A strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
Ability to work independently in fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
Ability and willingness to learn and adapt in an ever-changing environment to meet client needs
Ability and willingness to travel at short notice both nationally and internationally
