Manager - Wet Infrastructure (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is searching for a highly capable Manager - Wet Infrastructure to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role demands an experienced professional who will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of wet infrastructure projects in the oil and energy sector. You will lead a talented team and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality standards while staying within scope, timeline, and budget.

• Address technical queries regarding interpretation and use of the client's engineering codes & standards related to water Infrastructure
• Review design packages to ensure compliance with the client's procedures and local and international engineering codes and standards. 
• Plan, oversee, and manage engineering tasks as instructed by/in coordination with ETSD management.
• Maintain database of current engineering codes and standards and make available internal portals.
• Review applications for deviations from the client's Plan of Work and advise sectors and regions for submitting requests for approval.
• Review and continually update the client's procedures, guidelines, and manuals based on operational requirements and the technical needs and strategies of internal sectors and departments.
• Develop and review technical documents related to wet water infrastructure (transmission pipelines, central storage facilities and pumping systems, pressurized distribution networks, gravity collection and conveyance systems, treatment facilities, etc.).
• Develop and review technical documents related to hydrology (flood risk, groundwater, rainfall design and flow estimation, drainage, and drainage area planning for both urban and non-urban areas, calibration of hydrological and hydraulic models).
• Develop and review technical documents related to stormwater management, design of flow control facilities and structures, etc.
• Develop and review technical documents related to wastewater (water treatment plants and treatment processes).
• Develop and review technical documents related to underground piping (sizing, flow estimates, hydraulic design, and modeling of gravity systems).
• Develop and review technical documents related to water supply (desalination, storage, distribution, pumping systems, etc.).
• Develop and review technical documents related to firefighting (storage, plant rooms, calibration of hydraulic models).
• Develop and review technical documents related to main irrigation infrastructure (storage, plant rooms, calibration of hydraulic models).
• Develop and review technical documents related to hydronic systems (Chilled water distribution network, Low-temperature hot water networks, calibration of hydraulic models).
• Develop and review technical documents related to underground piping (sizing, pressure, flow, vibration, stress, and fatigue analysis).
• Assist with writing scope of work documents and technical criteria for the engagement of specialist technical companies.
• Perform technical evaluations and commercial evaluations of technical services contracts.
• Make presentations to internal Sectors and Departments.
• Lead and participate in technical workshops for internal employees.
• Support TCD team members to effectively improve team performance.
