An exciting opportunity is available for Manager, Total Quality Management Located in Jubail . POSITION SUMMARY:
Manage the Compliance and Technical Training Section of the EHSS Department. Responsible for the monitoring of the organization’s compliance with standards and regulations and ensuring the total quality management of business processes and practices. Manage and facilitate the Internal and External Audits. Ensures the job qualifications program implementation of concerned departments. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Tracking and monitoring the IMRS Implementation and Management
• Implements the Internal Audit Program
• Facilitate and manage the External Audits.
• Tracking and monitoring TPC Risk Management and Business Continuity
• Aligned with local Learning and Development for DNA process and IDP Training
implementation.
• Ensures the job qualifications program implementation of concerned departments.
• Maintain the Job Qualification Program records and reporting.
• EHSS and KTP Training Implementation
• SEED Program implementation. Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in quality management or engineering
Minimum Experience:
+10 years of experience.
