As a Tenant Representative, you will be the interface between our tenants and landlords and responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful working relationship.
- Responsibility for assisting and advising our tenant-clients on all real estate related matters in KSA.
- Market monitoring and identification of potential rental properties
- Working with our leasing team to ensure optimal leasing of commercial properties
- Solution-oriented support in the event of problems, such as rent reductions or maintenance issues
- Conducting negotiations and assisting in concluding lease agreements on behalf of our clients
- Monitoring compliance with rental agreements and processing contract amendments

Professional Competencies
- Previous background in tenant rep. or leasing in general – 3 – 4 years’ experience preferred.
- Relevant degree in real estate / economics / business preferred.
- Good report writing skills in MS Word.
- Ability to prepare professional Power Point presentations.
- Excellent understanding of MS Excel and Word.
- Excellent corporate English written communication
- Must be Riyadh based.
- Knowledge of the local KSA corporate leasing market.
- Good administrative and IT skills.
- Good numeracy and analytical skills
- Strong customer relations skills and ability to work and integrate in a busy team.
- Fluent English and Arabic spoken and written.
Other Competencies
- Be capable of managing stress & accepting constructive feedback.
- Strong diplomatic skills involving tact and discretion. Experience of dealing with corporates and VIP’s.
- Strong organizational skills – ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Financially aware and driven.
- Ability to work on own initiative, to listen and willingness to learn.
- Accountable, comfortable and confident.
- Ability to delegate and willingness to be ‘hands on’ when required.
- Team player – maintain close working relationships with all employees whether office based or external.
