Job Description

Position Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a supervisory role within Talent Acquisition field.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills in both English & Arabic.
  • full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
  • Experience in using SAP SuccessFactors System. 
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.


Main Responsibilities

  • Utilize the full cycles of recruitment & onboarding modules in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Manages the recruitment budget for each division.
  • Manages the Recruitment & Onboarding team and ensures them continues professional development.
  • Enhance the hiring experience by providing timely and professional communication throughout the Onboarding process.
  • Oversee the candidate information system in accordance with daily operational needs
  • Lead and mentor the Recruitment & Onboarding team to achieve the departmental goals.
  • Design and execute effective Recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization.
  • Identify and implement best practices to improve the Recruitment process and candidate experience.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Work closely with senior management to understand the strategic goals and workforce needs of the organization.
