Develop people and create a positive learning culture through supervision, coaching, mentoring and performance management activities At least 7+ years of government related work experience as a consultant or government employee At least three years of experience in leading projects on government strategy, policy making, target operating model design, process improvement and/or technology implementation Proven track record in sales and business development for consulting work Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic Good analytical, report-writing and presentation skills Strong drive to excel professionally A degree (graduate degree preferred) from a leading university in business, finance, or other quantitative discipline (e.g. engineering) is preferred but not essential.
