Job Description
Job Purpose:
As a Manager Strategy and Planning you will be responsible for providing strategic support to sales and other
business teams by supporting the development and implementation of a Sales Excellence Plan. Additionally,
you will assist in the formulation of frameworks, tools and processes to ensure continuous business
improvement and business success. You will also lead end to end monitoring and reporting of sales and other
team performances and provide functional support where necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Help stakeholders take right commercial decisions on the right time.
- Performance Improvement:
- Work closely with sales leadership to improve performance of the sales staff.
- Do systems and data related coaching of the staff for better utilization of tech resources
- Share Training Need Requirements with the training for performance improvement
- Requirements Gathering for Tech Products:
- Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation.
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee the system deployments and do the system testing
Strategic Planning:
- Target setting and commercial planning for the sales department
- Influence stakeholders to support business projects.
- Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements.
Reporting and Visualization:
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand business
- performance.
- Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling.
