We are seeking an experienced Manager, Operations (Soft Services) to oversee our janitorial, pest management, horticulture, grounds maintenance, utility supply, and logistics teams.
Qualification: Bachelors in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field. CFM (Certified Facilities Manager) certification is preferred.
Experience: 7-10 years in facilities management, with 3-5 years in a managerial role. A valid driving license is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and evaluate soft services teams across the country, fostering professional growth and teamwork. Oversee service operations, performance, and compliance. Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring readiness for emergencies and implementing corrective actions. Identify and evaluate vendors, negotiate cost-effective contracts, and manage vendor performance. Manage budgets, track costs, and ensure resource optimization while maintaining service quality. Promote environmentally sustainable practices across all areas of soft services. Conduct HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and other related training for soft services teams. Provide senior leadership with detailed reports on performance, compliance, and operational trends. * Build strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
