1.Coordinate the project implementation for the clients of Party A, including on-site production, equipment relocation, quality and safety assurance, as well as logistical support, to ensure the timely delivery of the project.
2.Establish standardized operation procedures (SOP) and supervise the subordinate departments to carry them out as required, thereby enhancing operational efficiency.
3.Formulate emergency response plans and coordinate to solve on-site emergencies (such as equipment malfunctions and safety accidents).
4.Optimize the allocation of resources within the department (including personnel recruitment and training, equipment maintenance and procurement, etc.) to prepare for serving customers.
5.Regularly hold operation analysis meetings to conduct systematic reviews of projects, personnel and logistical support, and make improvements item by item.
1.More than 5 years of project management experience, having served in large-scale projects for client-side clients, and having background experience in the mechanical industry is preferred.
2.Have managed project teams with more than 50 members, and be familiar with modules such as project operation, safety production, and equipment support.
