Job Description
At Six Flags & Aquarabia Qiddiya City, the Manager – National Sales is responsible for executing strategic initiatives within the domestic market to drive revenue growth and establish long-lasting partnerships across key sectors. This role focuses on corporate, government, Educational and (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments, ensuring Six Flags & Aquarabia Qiddiya City are recognized as premier destinations for leisure and group events. The Manager will contribute to achieving sales targets, enhancing client satisfaction, and fostering enduring relationships that support the parks’ growth objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement sales strategies to drive business growth for Six Flags Qiddiya Theme Park and Aquarabia Water Park across corporate, government, and educational segments.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships corporate, educational clients, and government representatives.
- Drive sales and revenue and attendance through group business, bulk deals and private buyout events across the park.
- Sell Annual Passes to corporates as a bundle.
- Identify opportunities to enhance park visitation by offering tailored experiences for domestic clientele.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations on product needs for customers. Not limited to ticket type, events, F&B and retail
- Coordinate with other departments such as Finance, Legal and Operations to ensure a seamless implementation and execution of sales initiatives Cultivate and strengthen relationships with corporate entities, government organizations, and Educational stakeholders.
- Negotiate and secure contracts that deliver mutual value, contributing to the parks' long-term growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Analyze the domestic market to identify high-potential sectors and key accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target sectors.
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives to address specific client needs.
- Create customized proposals and presentations that align with client objectives and park offerings.
- Represent the parks at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions, building relationships and promoting brand awareness.
- Act as a brand ambassador to communicate the parks’ unique value propositions to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Provide support and insights to team members to optimize sales efforts and performance.
- Stay updated on sales best practices, industry standards, and market developments to incorporate into team development.
- Ensure team members have access to up-to-date market intelligence, product knowledge, and client feedback.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including KPIs, to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Utilize the CRM and available sales tools to maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales outcomes.
- Conduct post-sales evaluations and collect feedback to ensure client satisfaction and gather insights for strategy refinement.
- Conduct familiarization trips or site inspections to the parks for potential clients.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports for review and strategic planning purposes.
- Adhere to Sales and internal processes at Six Flags Qiddiya City.
