Job Description
At Six Flags & Aquarabia Qiddiya City, the Manager - Organization Development will drive initiatives that optimize manpower and workforce planning while supporting organizational effectiveness and business alignment.
This role involves managing organizational design, job structuring, performance management systems, and compensation frameworks.
The Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that the organization’s structure, workforce distribution, and development plans align with strategic objectives, maintaining competitive compensation schemes and ensuring workforce sustainability.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manpower and workforce planning strategies to meet current and future business needs.
- Conduct workforce gap analyses and create plans to address talent shortages or surpluses.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and align them with business objectives.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze workforce data, track trends, and create actionable insights.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic planning.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and other tools to track workforce metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with workforce plans.
- Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to align organizational strategies with business goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor on organizational design and workforce optimization.
- Review job descriptions and competency dictionaries to align with the organization’s structure and position requirements.
- Support compensation and benefits benchmarking exercises to ensure the organization’s market competitiveness.
- Support the creation of reward packages, merit increases, and bonus structures to attract and retain top talent.
- Work with department heads to incorporate development action plans based on performance results.
- Build and maintain a competitive compensation framework that aligns with job grading and organizational goals.
- Provide input and collaborate with the Payroll team on matters of employment, termination, and final compensation.

- Prepare detailed reports on organizational metrics, workforce planning results, and compensation insights for leadership.
- Lead organizational change management initiatives to support restructuring and employee transitions.
