Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate logistics operations, construction activities including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
- Collaborate with suppliers and service providers to optimize logistics processes and improve service levels.
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding logistics and transportation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all logistics activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align logistics activities with project requirements and timelines.
- Oversee the allocation of resources and equipment for logistics operations.
- Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
