Job Description

Role Summary:


Lead and oversee all legal operations within SAFE, ensuring legal compliance, providing strategic legal counsel, and representing SAFE in legal proceedings when necessary.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee the legal operations of the department, ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance on various legal matters to support the company's operations.
  • Review and draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, and internal policies to ensure legal compliance and protect the company's interests.
  • Ensure strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations, helping the company operate within legal boundaries.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary, defending its interests and rights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and proactively mitigate legal risks that may affect the company.
  • Stay current with changes in laws and regulations that impact the company and provide guidance accordingly.
  • Manage disputes and report them to the head of the department, taking appropriate action as needed.
  • Lead and manage the legal department's personnel, overseeing day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and seamless support to other departments.
  • Liaise with external law firms to implement legal strategies and ensure proper monitoring and follow-up.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in various rules.
