Trouble Shooting/Technical Support:
Resolves IT issues by diagnosing problems, determining possible resolutions, and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner. This includes supporting end users with SAFE technology solutions (Guard management system, building management system, etc.).
Networks:
Evaluates, test, recommend, monitor, and maintain related policies, procedures, and systems. Demonstrates the ability to review systems and network design. Implements networks, servers, and endpoint security systems.
Trouble Shooting/Technical Support:
Resolves IT issues by diagnosing problems, determining possible resolutions, and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner. This includes supporting end users with SAFE technology solutions (Guard management system, building management system, etc.).
Database Management:
Develops, implements, and maintains the organization's databases across multiple platforms and computing environments, including data security, back-ups, data integration, and restoring related activities.
Systems Administration:
Installs, upgrades, configures, and maintains the system’s hardware and software; monitors systems performance and conducts system recovery, back-up, and preventative and routine maintenance.
