Role Purpose and Summary
+ Support the financial operations at Vision Invest and its portfolio companies by managing key financial activities such as financial reporting, accounting, treasury, and compliance, while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Experience
+ 6-8 years of relevant professional experience in finance with a minimum of 2 years in managerial capacity at a medium / large organization; Experience working in KSA / Middle East is preferred
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent; Master鈥檚 degree is a plus
+ Certification in investment management field (e.g., Certified Portfolio Manager, Chartered Financial Analyst) is desirable
Key Responsibilities: Role Specific Technical Responsibilities
+
Financial Management & Control + Support the preparation and implementation of financial strategies aligned with Vision Invest鈥檚 investment objectives and operational needs
+ Support group reporting activities, including the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for Vision Invest and its subsidiaries in compliance with applicable laws and standards working closely with the Group Reporting team
+ Conduct financial analysis and support due diligence processes for potential investments, providing input on risk and return profiles
+ Maintain and update the chart of accounts, ensuring accurate classification and management of financial data
+ Address and resolve consolidation issues in collaboration with relevant teams and external stakeholders
+ Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the timely completion of audits for Vision Invest and group companies
+ Manage day-to-day treasury functions, including bank account maintenance, bank guarantees, and short-term deposits
+
Budgeting and Financial Oversight + Assist in the preparation and monitoring of Vision Invest鈥檚 annual budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals
+ Oversee the monthly closing of accounts and the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
+ Review and process payments, payroll, and transfers, ensuring compliance with policies and schedules
+ Monitor cash flow forecasts and maintain oversight of Vision Invest鈥檚 cash position to ensure liquidity

Compliance and Process Improvement + Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and organizational policies in all financial operations
+ Provide support for audit documentation, ERP enhancements, and process improvements to optimize financial operations
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial data requests and develop reports on balance sheets and P&L items as required

Stakeholder Collaboration + Work closely with the VP, Finance, and other senior leaders to provide insights and recommendations for financial decision-making
+ Support portfolio companies in improving their financial operations and ensuring alignment with Vision Invest鈥檚 standards
+ Build and maintain relationships with banking partners, external auditors, and other financial stakeholders
