Job Description
Our client seeks a highly skilled Finance and Corporate Advisory Manager to support transaction delivery, project management, client advisory, and business development. This role requires expertise in financial modeling, project financing, corporate advisory, and public-private partnerships (PPP). The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in transaction structuring, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders in the finance and investment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Delivery & Project Management:
- Work closely with transaction teams to support on-ground project development, coordinating with clients and stakeholders (e.g., off-takers, lenders, investors).
- Analyze and interpret commercial and contractual implications under various financial agreements, particularly in Project Finance and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).
- Develop and analyze complex financial models, conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis, and ensure compliance with project documents, accounting, and taxation standards.
- Assist in designing and developing strategic solutions for clients by gathering and interpreting financial data.
- Prepare reports, financial summaries, information memoranda, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
Client Interaction:
- Engage with clients to understand their financial and advisory needs and support them with strategic recommendations.
- Respond to client requirements efficiently and proactively address concerns.
- Assist in structuring deals and financial solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
Business Development & Market Research:
- Conduct industry and sector research, analyze competitive landscapes, and generate business development opportunities.
- Support the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Assist in identifying emerging trends and investment opportunities in the finance and advisory sector.
Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
- CFA (Level I, II, III) or CFA Charterholder preferred.
- CPA, CMA, or other relevant financial certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in finance, corporate advisory, investment banking, or related fields.
- Prior experience with international banks, investment funds, private equity, or corporate advisory institutions is a strong asset.
- Experience in project finance, PPP transactions, and financial modeling is highly preferred.
