Job Description

Key Accountabilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive drilling plans, including schedules, budgets and resource allocationManage the lifecycle of drilling programs from initial planning to execution and reportingEnsure all drilling activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering, environmental, and operations teams, to support drilling objectivesManage procurement related activities for drilling operationsAnalyse drilling data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvementProvide technical guidance and support to drilling teamsFoster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the drilling team
Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Geology or related field
Minimum Experience:
12+ years’ experience in drilling operations/management or a similar role
