Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts.
- Develop and implement contract management strategies, policies, and best practices.
- Review and streamline contract procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess contracting needs and develop comprehensive procurement strategies.
- Identify risks associated with contracts and work towards mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication with vendors and contractors to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
- Monitor contract performance metrics, reporting on compliance and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members on contract management processes.
- Stay knowledgeable on industry trends, market practices, and updates in contract law.
