In this critical role, you will support in the management of contract administration activities within by developing contracting strategies and execution of procurement sourcing activities to ensure availability and optimization of required services.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement contract management strategies, policies, and best practices.
  • Review and streamline contract procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess contracting needs and develop comprehensive procurement strategies.
  • Identify risks associated with contracts and work towards mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication with vendors and contractors to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Monitor contract performance metrics, reporting on compliance and areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to team members on contract management processes.
  • Stay knowledgeable on industry trends, market practices, and updates in contract law.
