Overview:
The Manager – Business Operations & Analytics will work closely with the Director of Internal Operations & Organizational Design to implement strategic initiatives, drive operational efficiency, and ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination. The role requires strong business acumen, data management skills, and a proactive approach to managing deadlines, processes, and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Execution: Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Data Management & Reporting: Manage reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for data-driven decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Identify process improvements and propose solutions.
- Policy Development: Document and maintain organizational policies in line with strategic goals.
- Presentation & Business Case Development: Prepare business cases, presentations, and financial models.
- Technology Adoption: Stay updated on new business and technology tools and promote their use within the organization.
- Deadline Management: Proactively manage project deadlines and deliverables.
- Ownership & Accountability: Take full responsibility for tasks, ensuring high-quality and timely completion.
