Job Description
Communicate financial information effectively and provide financial education and support to non-finance professionals in the business units as required.
Build strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders.
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and reporting activities and to evaluate new opportunities and investments.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health of the business.
Provide regular performance reports and variance analysis to management.
Provide recommendations for improvement and efficiency in business processes.
Analyze financial data and performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Work and support the business units to manage and control costs.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Support the decision-making processes by evaluating the financial implications of various scenarios.
Provide guidance on resource allocation and spending decisions.
Collaborate with business units to review budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Support in the month end and year end closing process in collaboration with finance.
Guide and assist the business units in preparing the annual budgets and forecasts
Assess financial risks and propose strategies to mitigate them.
Maintain proper database for the financial reports and revenue/cost drivers.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors that may impact the business.
Read and understand all customers’ contracts and rental contracts, keep track of durations, values and highlight any financial opportunity or risk.
Understand the credit sales collection status and highlight the most significant cases to the business units’ heads.
Stay abreast of best practices in finance and contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes.
Act as a liaison between finance and business units, fostering collaboration and understanding.
Be prepared for any ad hoc task or request by the top management including the business and finance.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.
Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.
Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.
Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using CATRION information and technical assets only for business purposes.
Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in CATRION before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.
