In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the application design and delivery for Yardi-based solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and contribute to our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Formulate, develop, and implement effective growth strategies and processes for application services and offerings, establishing a market demand for innovative high-tech services and application solutions.
- Evaluate business requirements and deliver application solutions for Qiddiya,
- Establish, enhance, and oversee the application team's capabilities to develop and execute application solutions.
- Hold regular meetings with the team to assess outcomes and provide direction.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Foster team development by introducing or recommending opportunities for learning and both professional and personal growth.
- Inspire and guide the team; attract, hire, and retain the necessary talent.
- Convert client organizational objectives and key success factors into practical IT strategies.
- Share best practices in systems and application development.
- Encourage innovative ideas and new approaches to business.
- Drive significant transformation in the technical and operational landscape of business stakeholders by enhancing service quality, reducing costs, or boosting productivity.
- Craft innovative solutions that align with the client's strategic objectives.
- Provide the leadership, management, and vision essential for ensuring that the applications team implements effective operational controls and reporting processes to successfully expand Qiddiya application services and offerings.
