Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance on computers and peripherals, including printers, scanners, and barcode readers to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring systems are operational and efficient
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and upgrading of computer systems and applications
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory of computer accessories
• Provide technical support and training to end-users, facilitating the effective use of systems and devices
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in computer maintenance technology to enhance skills and knowledge
