Responsibilities
· Performing data collection and reporting for maintenance man-hours and resource utilisation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
· Providing support with GOLDesp access application paperwork and authorisation permissions.
· Providing support with IMS access application paperwork and authorisation permissions.
· Performing data collection and reporting for maintenance man-hours and resource utilisation from GOLDesp and IMS on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
· Tracking of sickness, absence, leave and timekeeping and providing data daily and weekly to the Maintenance Support Cell Supervisor and Maintenance Lead.
· Providing support with the access to Tornado maintenance facilities paperwork and liaising with the SBDCP and KAAB Security teams.
· Providing support with the management task vehicles to ensure effective distribution and utilisation by the maintenance team.
· Providing support with the reporting of the daily serviceability of Special Purpose Vehicles and act as a PoC with the service provider.
· General task cleaning, labour, housekeeping tasks and support roles as directed by the section Supervisor.
· Work under supervision of qualifies technician or supervisor
Job Requirements:
·
Essential: · Minimum of 3 years in aircraft maintenance organisation.
· Current authorisations for aircraft maintenance.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
· Working knowledge of GOLDesp.
· Appropriate level of English Language to understand safety precautions
· Relevant role experience
·
Desirable: · Working knowledge of Q-Pulse and IMS.
· Hold a current driving licence.
