The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the maintenance team and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained in optimal condition. This role involves overseeing maintenance work, developing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, including forecasting and controlling costs.
