Manage and oversee a team of maintenance technicians, electricians, and mechanics to carry out preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on all plant equipment, including production machinery, HVAC systems, plumbing, Instrument, and electrical systems.
Implement a comprehensive maintenance program to maximize equipment uptime, reliability, and efficiency.
Deep knowledge in EHS issues especially for permits and subcontractors jobs
Analyze maintenance data and generate reports to identify trends, optimize maintenance schedules, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in understanding and interpreting mechanical drawings and mechanical layouts
Ability to plan, organize and mobilize resources to achieve desired outcomes
Proficient execution of 5S, root cause analysis, problem-solving and other lean management principles and methodologies
Effective at managing changing priorities, demands and realigning resources to meet new demands

Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Responsible of maintenance-related procurement & spare parts inventory.
Train and develop the maintenance team to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related inquiries and issues.
Skills
BS or Equivalent Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as maintenance supervisor or maintenance leadership role.
Extensive Process Industry Plant Operations knowledge
Strong Mechanical Equipment Systems knowledge
Strong Preventative and predictive maintenance knowledge.
