Job Description

  • Manage and oversee a team of maintenance technicians, electricians, and mechanics to carry out preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on all plant equipment, including production machinery, HVAC systems, plumbing, Instrument, and electrical systems.
  • Implement a comprehensive maintenance program to maximize equipment uptime, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Deep knowledge in EHS issues especially for permits and subcontractors jobs
  • Analyze maintenance data and generate reports to identify trends, optimize maintenance schedules, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in understanding and interpreting mechanical drawings and mechanical layouts
  • Ability to plan, organize and mobilize resources to achieve desired outcomes
  • Proficient execution of 5S, root cause analysis, problem-solving and other lean management principles and methodologies 
  • Effective at managing changing priorities, demands and realigning resources to meet new demands  
  • Demonstrate competence in business metrics (KPI, SICs) and the Performance Planning Management Cycle (PPMC
  • Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Responsible of maintenance-related procurement & spare parts inventory.
  • Train and develop the maintenance team to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related inquiries and issues.


Skills

  • BS or Equivalent Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as maintenance supervisor or maintenance leadership role.
  • Extensive Process Industry Plant Operations knowledge
  • Strong Mechanical Equipment Systems knowledge
  • Strong Preventative and predictive maintenance knowledge.
  • Excellent problem solving & RCA skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Experience in controlling budgets and spends.
