Eram Talent is looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in sports facilities to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our sports club's facilities, ensuring that they are in optimal condition for athletes, staff, and visitors. Your expertise will help create a safe, functional, and welcoming environment that enhances the overall experience for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute maintenance strategies for the sports club's facilities, including playing fields, training areas, locker rooms, and spectator facilities.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff and external contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintenance schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.
- Establish and manage budgets for maintenance operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with coaching staff, management, and other stakeholders to understand their facility needs and respond quickly to any issues.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
- Act as a point of contact for facility-related inquiries from players, coaches, and administrative staff.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in sports facility management.
