Monitor the implementation of the LTOM/ISTP projects
Monitor that the Contractors responsibilities and obligations are fulfilled
Monitor the implementation of Asset Management Plans
Monitor the monthly performance and provide KPIs reports
Review the monthly, quarterly and annual reports submitted by Contractors
Provide support and facilitate the intervention of Independent Auditors
Provide LTOM/ISTP reports and data analysis to PPP Contracts management units management
Review invoices submitted by LTOM/ISTP Contractors and the Independent Auditors
Ensure that all quality, health, safety, security and environmental procedures are well implemented by LTOM/ISTP Contractors
Facilitate processing of various request, advise on contractual matters related to Water and wastewater Services and provide solutions
Conduct meetings and communicate with stakeholders (Cluster, NWC HQ and MOM Contractor).
Carry out any other tasks requested by the direct manager or the superior that are within the limits of the job, provided that this task does not make a fundamental difference in the basic tasks of the job
