Job Description

Job Summary

  • Development and implementation of innovative loyalty programs for BinDawood Holding customers. With improving the in store shopping experience and increasing customer’s retention.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Developing and communicating the loyalty program vision, strategy, promotions, and initiatives against program KPI's and lead the successful roll out across all customer touch points.

2. Managing the loyalty roadmap, projects, and learning agenda.

3. Evaluating the loyalty program on a regular basis to enhance functionality.

4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and support the development, execution and coordination of loyalty program enhancements.

5. Managing all activities associated with the overall success and growth of the loyalty program.

6. Identifying targeted, personalized experiences and offers for customers, branches, and regions.

7. Ensuring reward program features/status/incentives are set up to support or grow loyalty - including financial and non-financial rewards.

8. Conducting competitor research, monitor industry changes, and identify new loyalty program opportunities to maintain customer satisfaction.

9. Tracking and analyzing loyalty data and performance to make recommendations on areas of improvement.

10. Expanding program value to drive ongoing customer acquisition, encourage active program participation, and encourage enactive customers to re-engage.

11. Understanding customer needs to identify, prioritize, and scope new loyalty benefits that add value and drive customer engagement.

12. Focusing on increasing customer promotion, retention, purchase frequency, and lifetime value and improving overall customer, and store satisfaction.

13.Managing all loyalty program communications, including reward notification, online account, and application experience.

14.Developing relationships with loyalty program partners and negotiate offerings.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business communications or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in roles related to Loyalty Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Product Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years working with CRM Applications
  • Industry Certification a plus – ITIL, CSM, PMP, etc
