Could you be the full-time onsite Logistics Supervisor in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia we’re looking for?
Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive logistics and supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates. You'll streamline our supply chain processes, ensuring the swift and precise execution of purchase orders and managing suppliers' deliveries in sync with Production/Operations needs, aligned with ALSTOM's guidelines and policies, and aimed at propelling profitable growth through quality enhancement. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Production), oversee the execution of physical goods flow (including reception, putaway, storage, picking, and line feeding, packing, shipping, and inventory management) and much more."
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring materials handling is conducted efficiently and safely,
Executing physical flows of the goods, including reception, putaway, storage, picking and line feeding,
Packing, shipping, and managing inventory effectively,
Complying with all EHS regulations of the work center,
Contributing to the overall objectives of profitable growth through quality improvement,
Upholding ALSTOM guidelines and policies throughout supply chain processes,
Monitoring supplier performance to ensure timely deliveries and quality standards,
Implementing continuous improvement strategies within the logistics function,
Coordinating with various teams to optimize supply chain operations

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,
Experience or understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.,
Knowledge of procurement and supplier management.,
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and logistics software.,
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
