1. Mission:


  • Open and maintain effective communication channels with customers to ensure effective information exchange between the customer and the company.
  • Support contractual deliveries in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and business performance and continuity.
  • Contribute to MRTT business growth in KSA.
  • Support to the preparation of work specifications for new proposals.
  • Close coordination to ensure that customer needs and concerns are fully transmitted to the Contractor Organization.
  • Follow up and resolution of outstanding processes under customer responsibility, such us invoice payments, GFE/GFI matters and/or communication and contract signatures.

2. Responsibilities:


Support for contracts under execution


  • Support for the achievement of the targets & deliverables for the contracts on time, on cost and on quality
  • Identification of risks and opportunities. Proposal and support to the implementation of the mitigation plans.
  • Active participation in the internal services program reviews and contractual/technical dedicated meetings with the Customers.
  • Develop a network of contacts in the customer organization to ensure effective communication with the right person for business related matters. Organization and call for meetings with customer representatives when needed.
  • Follow up and resolution of outstanding processes under customer responsibility. Special focus on invoice payments and management of contracts and business proposals’ signatures.

Customer satisfaction


  • Customer centric orientation. Work always to create value for the Customer and Airbus.
  • Active involvement and coordination to ensure that customer needs, priorities and concerns are transmitted to the Airbus organization and proper responsive actions are launched and communicated.
